 The North American B-25 Mitchell

The B-25 Mitchell had more than 30 different variations during and after the war.  The B-25 "H" model was powered by two 1,700 hp Wright 14 cylinder engines.  Maximum speed was 275 mph. at 13,000 ft.  It could carry 3000 lbs. of bombs internally and some variations included rockets mounted under the wings and 8 forward firing 50 caliber machine guns in the nose.
